I am joining a friend in this process. I will be spending 10 minutes at least 4 times during the day/evening hours engaged in a forgiveness/gratitude meditation.
Forgive 10 people (or 10 situations) then List 10 things I am grateful for.
Read Out Loud for 10 minutes.
Just to make it specific... I will begin at 10 minutes after each hour (every 4 hrs) from the time I wake up until the time I retire.

Letting the offender repeat the behaviors,
Forgetting (we will remember...it is what we do with the memory that will determine if it is healthy for us or not).
Letting go and turning over the problem(s) to God.
Allowing ourselves to be free from the toxicity of resentment.
Lists of the things we feel resentful about (or situations, people etc) will be LET GO and we will replace these newly emptied spaces in our hearts with Lists of things we are Grateful for.

Is it just like any other day?
Could be. Perhaps this is an activity we can extend into each new day beyond 10/10/10 ~
Perhaps at 10 am and 10 pm for 10 minutes twice a day?
