~ Sugar Content in Food & Drinks ~

What A SUGARUnique Way
To Present This…
4.2 grams = 1 teaspoon of sugar = 1 cube !
Someone ought to get an award for this. We know the facts, but this
brings it into perspective quickly, doesn’t it?
Each cube is a teaspoonful.

Now someone needs to do this with salt!

My apologies for the pictures not being aligned....computer acting up and I just couldn't hang ~

  1. Wow! Presented like this, you did a public service announcement with this, Pat. I cannot get over the apple!! xo

  2. Sheeee's back!!!
Great post Pat - scary but great.

  3. It really steers me away from so many purchases. I always look at the sugar content. Good Post Pat.

  4. Wow, and to think I just downed a Coca Cola which I drink maybe once a year. It's a hot one today. That amount of sugar should keep me going till midnight. Thanks for the perspective.

  5. I had to share this post
on my FB page for a few
    family members to see.

    thanks for sharing Pat.

  6. Amazing, isn't it? I am very aware of the sugar I am taking in- xo Diana

  7. That completely puts things in perspective, doesn't it? Amazing!

  8. Eeeeekkkk...What an eye opener. A very effective diet aid...I'm depressed now! xo

  9. I'm off to have some cherrios with shredded carrots and ketchup.

  10. OH.MY.WORD. This is quite eye opening! What a huge difference it makes to visually see it like this. Thanks, Pat!
