~ Halloween Veggies ~

A friend shared this with me and thought you might enjoy too! There's really no recipe for this ~ it's certainly self-explanatory. :)  Just a quick share for those that may be having a Halloween party.  A great idea for an appetizer, so easy, healthy, colorful and of course could be used anytime by just changing the pepper's design.
