~ Benefits of Lemon Water ~
I'm sure everyone is aware that drinking volumes of water is so good for us, especially with the heat that is coming. We really have higher temps and way too much humidity already! I normally drink a LOT of water but I think adding flavors to it is so refreshing. Lemon water first thing in the morning is extremely beneficial to our bodies as noted below.
I love adding limes, fresh oranges, cucumber slices, mint, unsweetened cranberry juice and anything else you can think of. Many add a small amount of organic apple cider vinegar, a bit of honey and cayenne pepper to the lemon water. There's really no limit to the flavors you can create!
