  2. Thanks Pat. Hoping you have a wonderful peaceful, happy Sunday yourself.
Noticed for first time your chemo angels tag. I don't have cancer but our grandson has it for 2nd. time. His first cancer was found when he was almost 14, he had testicular cancer, also tumors in his neck and abdomen. He had 12 hour surgery to remove abdominal tumor as his last surgery in that run. He was clear of cancer from 17 1/2 til recently, he's 21 now, will be 22 in early Nov. He has blood cancer in his liver (the worst), his lungs, back and throat. He's in Denver now for his 2nd. round of chemo for this time. His #'s have gone down tho from 65000 to 16000 so the chemo is working.
There's more but won't ruin your Sunday or week. Don't know history of why you have the chemo angel "tag"(?)up there but hope if you had cancer you are free for rest of your life. If you have a spare prayer could you please send one his way. Thank you.

    1. Hi there!
Thank you so much for your visit ~ I really appreciate it! I couldn't find an email address for you so will respond here and hope you see it. :) I always prefer responding via email as it's a bit more personal.

I'm so very sorry about your grandson and I will absolutely hold him in prayer! The rest of the family too as well as the medical team for their skills and knowledge. Cancer is a horrible disease for anyone, much less a child. Don't ever think you're ruining a day or week for me ~ I would so love it if you would keep me posted as to how he's doing. God does answer prayers!

I have volunteered with Chemo Angels since I retired in 2003. It's a wonderful organization to support those going through treatment...regardless of age. It's all positive support and an attempt to bring sunshine into the lives of those that are needing smiles and know that someone is thinking of them! I urge you to add your grandson ~ http://chemoangels.wix.com/chemo-angels-1/
You might even consider volunteering yourself! :)

I'd love to have your email address if you feel like sharing and follow-up re: your grandson.
      xo
